Where is a good place to find real estate contracts to buy a home without a realtor?

I need a packet of forms for a good price that will suit my needs to buy a home from someone and neither of us have a realtor. I live in Delaware. Thanks!

Best Answer:

At least pay an Atty to view the forms for you or you will find it will come back to bite you. Search online for some place to download them.

http://www.uslegalforms.com/realestateco... Here is a link to a site that has real estate contracts for Delaware. I have never used this site so I can't vouch for their accuracy. I also don't know the laws in Delaware, but I would be very careful if neither of you are using a Realtor. It might be best to seek the advice of an attorney to be sure you don't overlook some important documents, contract clauses, or closing requirements. Good luck!

These can be found at many stationery stores. But care is required; a lot of money is riding on doing things correctly.

You can get them at any office supply store. OR you can get them on-line. OR you can go to any real estate office in DE and buy them. Just in case you mess up the first one, Buy two sets- . BUT YOU ARE taking one HUGE chance by not having someone sort-of represent your interests OR You should hire a real estate attorney or an real estate broker to be your exclusive representative. Its your hard-earned money and your valuable time at stake. Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it! VTY, Ron Berue Yes, that is my real last name!
