What Mortgage Provider has the best rate (APR)?

My Mortgage is £62,500, with 22 years on it. I want a fixed rate mortgage for either 2 or 5 years. Which lender has the lowest rate and the smallest arrangement fee? I just want a straight answer. I've tried Moneysupermarket et al and I just get more frustrated as they don't give it to you straight.

You need to speak to a mortgage broker who can search a panel of lenders for the best deals available to you. A reputable mortgage broker will not charge for this service either.
