I would try Coldwell Banker mortgage. Their phone number is 1 (888) 288-9572. They write loans nationwide and their fees are fixed at around $1,200 per transaction. That includes appraisal etc.
They are automated and can give you an answer on the phone. They are also a direct lender so they don't charge a Rate Spread Premium.
